The reception staff, especially Mrs Dana, truly stood out during my stay. Her dedication to her role made us feel exceptionally welcomed. The breakfast experience was remarkably memorable, thanks to Mrs Rodica's warm presentation of local cheeses that were simply exquisite. We enjoyed a picturesque view of the landmarks that made our mornings delightful.

The room layout had some awkwardness that hindered full comfort.

We had a fantastic week here! The staff treated us like family, always ready to help. Our room was upgraded to an adjoining suite, which was such a nice surprise. The in-room breakfast was top-notch too! Just wish the gym was a bit bigger, but honestly, it didn’t ruin our experience at all.

I loved the spacious suite that felt like a cozy retreat in the heart of the city. The quick access to attractions made exploring a breeze!

I had an incredible time exploring with just a short walk to the Pantheon and a quick stroll to Piazza Venezia, making it super easy to soak in the rich history and vibrant atmosphere of Rome. The best croissant I’ve ever had at breakfast was the perfect start to my days.

The Prestige Double Room was super cozy and stylish. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for great nights. The layout was modern and well-designed. It was really clean. The amenities were nice, with high-quality toiletries that felt luxurious. Everything felt fresh and inviting, making it a nice retreat after exploring the city. Just a little tight on space if you have a lot of luggage, but otherwise, it was just perfect.

Wonderful ambiance, friendly staff, the receptionists were all very reliable and courteous, and the mattress in the Prestige Double Room was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep.
